Since entering the wedding industry in 2014, my heart and passion has shifted multiple times. In fact, in 2019 I almost walked away from it completely. Since then I've found my people. Give me the couples that don't want the same old poses! Give me the lovers who want to break all the wedding day traditions, to celebrate in a way that fits them! Rather than trying to conform to societal norms, let's portray a day of intentional moments to honor the unique union that is being formed.
When I capture a couple it's always my goal for the images to reflect their relationship. From the way they brush the hair off the other's cheeks, to how you make each other laugh, and melt comfortably in each other's arms. This is what sets my soul on fire.
On your BIG day, it's the SMALL and quickly fading details that I want to freeze. The moments that aren't posed and directed. The moments that are just naturally occurring. Because somehow, at that the end of the night, the out of focus, messy, and fast moments are what you'll love looking back at on your fiftieth anniversary.
When I first picked up up my mom's camera in the 8th grade, I had no idea the fire it would ignite. From walking around taking photos of blades of grass to being apart of a HUGE day for my couples. The fact that people choose me to capture their day makes my heart so thankful for what I do. I want to be there when mom is teary eyed as she smiles buttoning up the dress. When you crack a joke during your vows and your guests die laughing. The private moments as you soak up the fact that you're saying "I do" to your favorite person. I'm here for it allllll!
Vibrant. Energetic. Real. These three little words have stuck with me since the first time a couple used them to describe my finished product. THIS is what I aim for in every session. So you want photos that come with emotion and have a sense of realness? SIGN ME UP.
Let's create memories for you to talk about for YEARS and help relive these moments for generations to come.
